1. General Refund Policy
At Aqutewave, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Service-Based Refunds
For services such as web development, graphic design, and digital marketing:
- Full Refund: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and no work has commenced.
- Partial Refund: If work has commenced but has not been completed, a refund may be calculated based on the proportion of work remaining, less a cancellation fee.
- No Refund: Once a project is completed and approved, or if the cancellation request is made after substantial work has been delivered.
3. Product Refunds (Shop)
For physical products purchased from our shop:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (for products) or your cancellation request is approved (for services), we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
